Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt is a medieval village on the left bank of the Lot. The Château de Curières de Castelnau stands in the village, a fortified house dating from the late 15th century with a Gothic tracery window on the façade facing the square.
Culture
The church of Sainte-Eulalie combines a Romanesque section from the late 11th century with nave bays from the early 16th century. The Église de Malescombes, built around 1735 as part of the château of the Curières family, contains painted theatrical decorations, a stone holy-water stoup and an altarpiece.
Every year, on the second Sunday in July, a reliquary is carried through the village for the Procession de la Sainte-Épine. The municipal collection of the Musée Marcel Boudou comprises 70 paintings by Marcel Boudou and Jeanne Saint Gaudens. The Galerie-Musée Marcel Boudou is open during the summer season and presents temporary thematic exhibitions.

A tour of Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt is signposted with 18 explanatory panels in French, English and Spanish. Eulalie d'Art is located in a 17th-century barn and houses creative workshops where traditional craft skills are preserved. The workshops of Eulalie d'Art can be visited freely and free of charge all year round; depending on the activities of the individual artists and craftspeople, courses and practical workshops are also available.
Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt also offers a free 45-minute glassblowing demonstration.
Trails and landscape
The Source de Foncalde spring is located in the municipality of Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, near the hamlet of Malescombes. It has a constant temperature of 17 °C, is iron-rich and was formerly used for its therapeutic properties.
The VTT Circuit de Cabanac is an easy 8.5 km circular route that starts in Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt. The VTT Circuit du lac de Lous is a 32 km circular route starting from Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt; along the landscaped route around the lake, there are picnic tables and rest areas. The Sentier de Pierrefiche hiking trail also starts in Sainte-Eulalie-d'Olt, is 9.5 km long and has an estimated duration of 3 hours.
