Culture

The Carmel de Pamiers is a venue for contemporary art. It is open to the public year-round from Tuesday to Friday, 14:00 to 18:30, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:30; admission is free.

Saint-Antonin Cathedral features a preserved Romanesque portal from the 12th century. Its capitals are decorated with depictions of biblical scenes. The cathedral also has a remarkable 18th-century organ case, which is classified as a monument historique.

Water

The Neptunia water park in Pamiers has a 25 m long competition pool with six lanes. There is also a seasonally open outdoor pool measuring 50 m in length with six lanes. The water park itself is open year-round.

Trails

One of the signposted trails follows the Camino de Santiago through Pamiers from west to east. Two other signposted trails run through the old town.

Getting Around

Saint-Antonin Cathedral is currently closed. It is occasionally opened for group tours upon request. The cathedral can be reached on foot from Pamiers railway station in less than 20 minutes.
