Winter Sports

Goulier Neige offers ski runs with three difficulty levels at elevations between 1,500 m and 1,850 m. The ski area has 8 km of ski runs. These include one black, two green, two blue and two red ski runs; the green and blue runs are suitable for beginners.

Goulier Neige also has secured off-piste areas, as well as a dining area and a self-catering lounge where visitors can warm up.

Mountain Landscape and Nature

Goulier Neige is located at the foot of the Pique d’Endron, which is 2,472 m high. Goulier Neige is located in the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Nature Park.

During a snowshoe hike around Goulier Neige, visitors can observe animal tracks in the snow. Another described snowshoe route around the Goulier Neige resort leads through the forest. The summit of La Pique d’Endron above the resort is described by local skiers as a very beautiful summer hiking route.

Other Activities

Montcalm Aventure offers two via ferrata routes on the Route de Goulier above Goulier. Access to Montcalm Aventure’s private via ferrata with personal equipment is strictly prohibited.

Culture

Goulier’s war memorial for the First World War consists of two commemorative plaques mounted on the exterior wall of Saint-Michel Church.

Getting There

To get to Goulier, take the D8 towards Auzat/Vicdessos, then take the D208 from Vicdessos towards Goulier.
