The Chapelle de Thiélouze is protected as a French historic monument; it was registered on 15 May 2025.

Above the high altar of the Chapelle de Thiélouze is a stone Madonna dating from the 14th century. The chapel is still active and organizes a religious ceremony with a pilgrimage and the handover of the statuette on the second Sunday after Easter and on 15 August.
The Église Sainte-Madeleine was expanded between 1860 and 1866. Its tower is 33 metres high.
The former Usine métallurgique de la Forge was a cutlery factory operated by Clément from 1900 to 1960. A workers’ residence dating from 1856 is the only surviving evidence of the former site.
The Fort du Roulon is a bastion element of the Épinal fortification system designed by General Séré de Rivières. Visits to Fort du Roulon are only possible with the permission of the private owner.
Nature
The Tourbière de Morevoid is an ecologically remarkable wetland with very rare plants with montane affinities, as well as butterflies and dragonflies.
Water and trails
The section of the Canal des Vosges located in Uzemain comprises eight locks and extends for five kilometres; it is of the Freycinet type. Today, the Canal des Vosges in Uzemain serves a tourism-related function. The Halte fluviale d'Uzemain is located on the Canal des Vosges.
In connection with the Halte fluviale d'Uzemain, visits to architectural monuments and walks in nature are offered as ways to discover the heritage. The Boucle patrimoine n°11 – les panoramas de la Vôge begins and ends in Uzemain.
Events
For 20 years, the Fête de l'œuf has been the highlight of the festivities organized by the municipality of Uzemain at the end of July each year.
