The Randonnée de l'Étang Noir begins and ends in Ramonchamp. It is a moderately difficult 11-kilometer hike with 336 meters of elevation gain and a stated duration of 3 hours and 15 minutes.

Nature and Trails

The hike crosses a wooden bridge at the Cascade du Noir Étang and then reaches the Étang Noir. There is a picnic table at the Étang Noir; at the end of the pond, there is a viewpoint above the waterfall.

The Circuit poussette de Ramonchamp is a 3.2-kilometer circular route with a duration of approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes, starting at the town hall. It leads to and follows the Voie Verte des Hautes Vosges. The Voie Verte is freely accessible and is used for hiking, cycling, roller sports, and roller skiing. The circular route also allows visitors to discover the village of Ramonchamp and the banks of the Moselle.

The Circuit de la Roche Jolie is an easy, family-friendly circular walk covering 5.4 kilometers, with 110 meters of elevation gain and a stated duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes. It leads to an orientation board, an arboretum, and the La Maix playground.

The Ferme du Dahu Barbu is located in Ramonchamp in the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park.

Cycling

The signposted Itinéraire VTT n° 1 – Col de Morbieux begins at Ramonchamp town hall. The mountain bike route is classified as red in terms of difficulty and covers 16 kilometers with 550 meters of elevation gain.

From Roche Jolie, the Chalet de Salmon, and Bénapré, the Itinéraire VTT n° 1 – Col de Morbieux offers views of Ramonchamp. It also passes through forests near the Col de Morbieux, where rest chalets are located.

Culture and Remembrance

The Église Saint-Rémy-et-Saint-Blaise de Ramonchamp was built in 1684. In 1732, it received an organ through a donation from Abbé Georges d'Ogeron. The church also houses a painting by Lecomte from 1950 commemorating the First World War.

The Chapelle des Breucheux is dedicated to Notre-Dame du Bon Conseil. It was built in 1957 by the children of Ramonchamp in memory of comrades who became victims of the war. From the town center, the chapel can be reached by car or on foot via a path marked with blue diamonds.

The Ferme du Dahu Barbu offers farm tours by appointment. Farm products can also be sampled by appointment.
