The Sentier des pèlerins leads over 4.2 km to the Grotte Saint-Léon in about 1 hour and 15 minutes; the path to the Grotte Saint-Léon offers panoramic views of Walscheid. The Grotte Saint-Léon is one of the deepest natural caves in the Vosges. A living nativity scene takes place there on the third Sunday of Advent, organized by the Syndicat d'initiative de Walscheid.
Culture and History
The Gallo-Roman cemetery Trois Saints near Beimbach consists of gravestones enclosed by a wall. The WETZEL organ has been classified as noteworthy by regional authorities.

The Langhardtkopf, Nusskopf and Spitzberg, each a mountain, are located in the vicinity of Walscheid. Also in the vicinity are Château d'Ochsenstein, a ruin, Château du Nideck, a ruin, and the Cascade du Nideck, a waterfall. In the wider regional surroundings of Walscheid are Château du Haut-Barr, a castle, and Château des Rohan, a palace.
