At Étang de la Mutche, the recreational area covers 160 hectares, 80 hectares of which are occupied by the large pond.

Nature and Water
Étang de la Mutche has a waterside path and a bird observation centre. Water hens, cormorants, mallards and amphibians can be observed there.
There is also a beach and pedal boats at Étang de la Mutche. The facilities also include Club Nautique de la Mutche, founded in 1967, with dinghies, Optimist dinghies, windsurf boards, as well as canoes and kayaks. At the Claire Forêt site, there are opportunities for walking.
Culture
The Église Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul is a 15th-century Gothic building classified as a historic monument. The church contains a 14th-century Vierge à l’Enfant, a 15th-century statue of Saint Barbara, a 15th-century altarpiece and a Hosanna bell dating from 1501.
The Maison du Bailli is the oldest building in Morhange and dates from the 15th century. Each year, the Chapelle de Rode hosts the traditional Sainte-Barbe Mass, dedicated to the patron saint of firefighters.
History
The Memoriz – Espace mémoriel de Morhange primarily documents the local military history from 1870 to 1945, as well as Morhange’s military history up to 1992. It comprises two buildings with a total of 1,500 m² of exhibition space.

The association Les Mordus du Local, based at 23 Pl. de la République in Morhange, has opened a shop bringing together around ten artisans and producers from the region.
