Le Haut des Ailes
Le Haut des Ailes consists of three wind farms in Lorraine. The wind farm complex extends across four municipalities and two départements: Igney, Amenoncourt and Repaix in the Meurthe-et-Moselle département, and Foulcrey in the Moselle département. The Le Haut des Ailes exhibition hall is open to all visitor groups and provides information about wind energy and the development of the project through to its completion.

Nature
The Haut des Ailes circular trail leads through the Le Haut des Ailes wind farm, which has a total of 22 wind turbines. In clear weather, it offers a panorama of the Donon massif. The circular trail begins in Igney at the car park and follows the path marked with green circles towards Repaix.
The wider regional surroundings of Igney also include the Tête Chenil summit, the Haut des Planches mountain and the Haut des Roches mountain.
Culture and History
The historic site of Abbaye Notre-Dame de Haute-Seille is located in the immediate vicinity of Igney. The wider regional area is also home to the Musée du Cristal, a museum, the Mémorial de la Résistance memorial, the historic site of Couvent Saint-Ulrich and the Parc Animalier de Sainte-Croix wildlife park.
Igney's church was destroyed in the bombings of September 1944. While funding for its reconstruction was being raised, a wooden church was temporarily built for the parishioners. The church is considered the centre of the municipality. Its interior is illuminated by six stained-glass windows with geometric motifs; the choir is fitted with two stained-glass windows from the Benoît workshop in Nancy.
