The Église Saint-Médard is a Romanesque church dating from the 12th century and was restored in the 14th century.

Culture and history
The Église Saint-Médard features distinctive windows made of glass cast in cement rather than lead. These windows were made by monks from Fleury Abbey in Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire (45).
The Pont Lasveyras site is a place of remembrance and reflection on the banks of the Auvézère, on the borders of Corrèze and Dordogne and within the municipality of Beyssenac. It is 6 km by road towards Payzac and 3 km by footpath from the village, near the Moulin de la Papeterie.
The Chemin de la Mémoire there comprises 10 stations presenting the tragedy of the war along with its national and regional context; there is also information about the local fauna and flora.
Until the 1940s, on the Sunday closest to Saint-Fiacre (30 August), a procession took place after Mass to the Fontaine Saint-Fiacre, where prayers were said.
Trails and landscapes
The Parcours PAPSE de Beyssenac provides four reference times for every kilometre, for walking, Nordic walking, trail running and mountain biking. The route runs from the village centre to the banks of the Auvézère and is shaded.
The circular hike “À la découverte de Beyssenac” is 14.1 km long, starts and ends in the village centre, is marked in yellow and is included in the PDIPR. It passes through open woodlands, meadows and fields along the Ruisseau des Belles Dames and offers wide panoramas in every season.
The hike to the Moulin de la Papeterie begins at the village church and explores the tragic history of the Moulin de la Papeterie as well as the botanical educational trail.
Regional insights
Beyssenac lies along the Route de la Pomme, which offers orchard visits in summer. In the area around Beyssenac, the Route de la Pomme du Limousin also offers visits to orchards and cooperatives, the chance to discover apple specialities at restaurants, craft businesses and agricultural producers, as well as leisurely walks.
La ferme des petites bottes is a small family farm producing seasonal vegetables using organic farming methods. The farm shop is open exclusively in summer on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

At the educational farm Au Pré du Vivant in Beyssenac, visitors can tour the farm and feed, brush and cuddle the animals.
