Nature

The Cascades de Murel consist of three consecutive waterfalls. They are designated as a classified natural site and cover 46 ha. The Cascade de la Vierge consists of two sections, each approximately 15 m high.

The circular trail to the Cascades de Murel is 8 km long, marked in yellow with the number 14, and classified as difficult. It provides information about waterfalls, cultural heritage, wildlife, and flora.

Hiking

A 7 km-long hiking trail in Albussac runs through the gorges of the Franche-Valeine. The trail makes it possible to discover the wildlife characteristic of the Corrèze.

Culture

The parish church of Saint-Martin and Saint-Féréol in Albussac has a Romanesque choir from the 11th century and a bell dating from 1675. The choir and the north chapel of the Church of Saint-Martin and Saint-Féréol are protected as historic monuments.

Since then, believers from Limousin have made a pilgrimage to the Rocher de la Sainte on 9 May.
