The Château de Montcalm and its outbuildings were listed as a historic monument by decree of 15 May 1944. It features a two-storey main building flanked by two square projections.
The Monument de Montcalm stands in front of the Vestric family château, the birthplace of Louis-Joseph de Montcalm. It depicts Montcalm wounded and holding a sword, supported by a winged allegorical figure offering him a laurel wreath. The Monument de Montcalm was unveiled at 10 a.m. on 17 July 1910. The château is considered the birthplace of the Marquis de Montcalm.
