The Festival de la Vannerie et de l'Artisanat d'Art is a two-day festival organised voluntarily by the village residents. It celebrates basketry and the basket makers of Vallabrègues and takes place every year in August.

Culture

The Église Saint-André was partly built using stones salvaged from a basilica swept away by the Rhône. The Musée municipal de la Vannerie displays more than 1,500 exhibits. These include baskets, carrying baskets, everyday objects and special items used for harvesting fruit and flowers in Provence.

In the same museum, a 12-minute video complements the visit. It presents the lives of basket makers from the past, traditional working methods and the passing on of knowledge between generations. The Presbytère now houses a community of craftspeople and creative professionals who bring the place to life every day.

Water

The Lac de Vallabrègues is free of charge and freely accessible all year round. It is located directly beside the Rhône riverbank and the river stop. The Halte nautique et fluviale de Vallabrègues is situated on the active Rhône channel.

Anyone planning a stay in Vallabrègues can rent a holiday apartment.

Crafts

The Atelier Ceram Asteque welcomes individuals and groups for tours, workshops and courses. The Atelier BRUISSANT offers workshops for 5 to 10 people. They last between two hours and two days and take place year-round according to the programme or on request for groups.
