Serviers-Et-Labaume: Holiday Apartments and Houses

Landscape

Labaume is located 2 km from Serviers and is nestled in a valley on the banks of the Seynes. Downstream from Serviers-et-Labaume, the river serves as a refuge for numerous species, including beavers. In the direction of La Serre, there is a view of Uzès.

Culture

The Vieux Pont de Serviers is a two-arched bridge made of regular ashlar masonry constructed from shell limestone. It is considered a 14th-century civil engineering structure; the dates 1319 and 1869 are cited.

The Church of Saint-Martin stands on the site of a Gallo-Roman sanctuary. Its origins date back to the 12th century, and it was rebuilt at the beginning of 1662.

The clock tower of Serviers is a square municipal bell tower with four storeys. At its top are a wrought-iron bell structure and an enamelled clock face.

Local

At the weekly producers’ market in Serviers-et-Labaume, poultry, vegetables, honey, walnuts and products made from them, cheese, spreads and drinks are offered at a small refreshment stand.
