Culture and History
The Tour de Môle was built in the 12th to 13th centuries and formed part of the abbey’s fortifications. For a long time, the Pont Vieux was the only crossing over the Vidourle.
The Conservatoire de la Fourche presents the tradition of making three-pronged wooden forks from hackberry wood in Sauve. The exhibition rooms contain videos about the manufacture of the forks, as well as depictions of the tools used.
