Culture and history

The Pyramide was classified as a historic monument on 7 April 1939; its protected area covers 500 metres. The Stèle du Rouret commemorates the Battle of Mas Cauvy, which took place on 24 December 1702 and is described as the first significant victory of the Camisards.
