Manduel: Holiday apartments and holiday homes

The milestone of Antoninus Pius comes from the Via Domitia, which connected Narbonne with Arles, and marked the seventh mile between Nîmes and Beaucaire. In 1973, the milestone was classified as a historic monument.

Culture and history

In the centre of the municipality of Manduel is the Neo-Romanesque church of Saint-Genest d’Arles. It has a square bell tower with an openwork hexagonal stone spire and has been listed as a historic monument since 2016.

The Puits à roue is located near the allotment gardens in the Fumérian sector. The restored draw well operates with 31 buckets, each holding 9 litres, which raise the water. It also includes a secured area for limited public access.

Mas des Bressades produces wines, offers tastings and sells wines from AOC Costières de Nîmes and Vins de Pays du Gard.
