Culture
In Comps, the archaeological site of Saint-Roman d'Aiguille stretches across the area. The former troglodytic monastery and the remains of the castle of Saint-Roman-d'Aiguille have been protected as historic monuments by decree of 11 December 1990. The lower part of the site comprises troglodytic monks' cells, a chapel, graves, storage silos and a wine cellar.
The central building in Comps' old town is the Église Saint-Étienne. It features architecture typical of the Gard.
