Carsan: Holiday Apartments and Houses
Carsan is home to the Église Notre-Dame, which is protected as a historic monument. The Romanesque church has an oriented cruciform layout, a main apse and two vaulted apsidioles with apsidal vaults. It was first mentioned in 1265. The 19th-century bell tower imitates the Tour Fenestrelle in Uzès.

Carsan’s Fête votive takes place every year on the first weekend of August. On the eve of 15 August, a torchlight procession in honour of Notre Dame de Rouzigue is held in the centre of Carsan. Wine
Domaine de Taumassou is a 43-hectare family estate in Carsan, where grape varieties including Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault are cultivated. The estate offers tastings and cellar tours on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, as well as by reservation.
Cycling
The Boucle cyclodécouverte Spiripontaine passes through Carsan. It is an 18-kilometre cycle loop with 250 metres of elevation gain and a duration of two hours. The route leads into the centre of Carsan, where you can take a break to discover the cultural heritage, the church, the washhouse and the Vierge Notre de Dame de Rouzigues.
