Verzeille: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
The Péiras e Vinhas trail runs between the medieval city of Carcassonne and Saint-Hilaire Abbey and passes through seven villages, including Verzeille. The Péiras e Vinhas trail is 23.5 kilometres long, is not a circular route, and is suitable for hiking or cycling; it takes six hours to complete. The Péiras e Vinhas route passes through Verzeille and along the Lauquet, passing a stone fountain topped by an iron noria – an old horse-powered irrigation system.
For a trip to Verzeille, travellers want to rent a holiday apartment.
