Seignalens is part of the 9,691.13-hectare natural inventory area Ensemble de coteaux au nord du Pays de Mirepoix. The natural inventory area includes dry grasslands with orchids, evergreen shrubland, forests, cliffs and a network of ponds. The inventory area is home to plants of Mediterranean character as well as orchids of particular interest from a nature conservation perspective.

The Seignalens entre le Maury et le Merle loop is 8.6 kilometres long, includes 180 metres of ascent and takes three and a half hours.

In May 2024, the 12th edition of Randos Patrimoine en Limouxin in Seignalens comprised six guided trails dedicated to the local heritage.

The programme for Randos Patrimoine en Limouxin included a wine reception at 12:30 p.m. hosted by the association of Limoux AOC wines. The programme also included a terroir menu under a marquee in the centre of Seignalens; reservations were required and the price was 20 euros.
