History
The church of Le Py is a small late Gothic church that was remodelled in the 19th century. The former Hospitaller commandery of Le Py is mentioned in a guide featuring 26 heritage discovery tours focused on the Templars and the Knights Hospitaller.
The hamlet of Le Py belonged to the Order of Saint John. The Saint-Paul chapel served as the parish church for both hamlets.
