Dinosauria in Espéraza is the first French museum devoted entirely to dinosaurs and their contemporaries. The museum offers more than 2,000 m² of exhibition space covering the major geological eras. Dinosauria has free parking and a bus stop directly in front of the museum.

Culture and History
The Musée de la Chapellerie d’Espéraza displays machines and various pieces of equipment used to make wool-felt hats – from the felt hood to the finished hat. Two workshop areas explain hat-making and the impact of mechanical development since the Industrial Revolution.
The Pont Vieux is listed in the supplementary register of historic monuments and spans the Aude with three arches. It has survived every flood and is the oldest bridge in the upper Aude Valley after the bridge at Alet. The church in Espéraza is also listed in the register of historic monuments.
Paths and Landscape
The Sentier des Dinosaures is an easy, 8 km route starting and ending in Espéraza. It features 15 themed information panels, follows the River Aude and then leads to the dinosaur discovery site at Bellevue.
The Sentier de Couleurs follows historic paths to Rennes-le-Château and offers views of the valley and the small canyon of the Couleurs stream from the Tour Magdala.
