Outside the village, the Notre Dame des Vignes chapel was built around 1858 as a funerary chapel for the Roussignol-Jaloux family. The Château de Canet dates back to the 12th century.
The parish church of Canet dates back to the late 12th century. It has a pointed-arch nave and an octagonal, pointed bell tower with two bells.
The tall defensive walls with loopholes of Canet’s fortified mill are among its architectural features.

The “A Canet, des canaux” route bears the Site VTT-FFC® designation. It was validated and inspected by the French Cycling Federation in cooperation with local authorities and associations.
The easy “A Canet, des canaux” route starts at the Cave coopérative de Canet. It runs via Tintayne and a short detour through the Pinède, then beneath the wind turbines of Boca de Biau along an irrigation canal to the banks of the Aude. It returns to the village via the Pont de Blaise and the edges of the vineyards.
