Culture and History
The Église Saint-Leu Saint-Gilles has been listed as a historic monument in Bagnolet since the decree of November 29, 1977. It is open to the public on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; late-morning church services are excluded.
The Église Notre-Dame de Pontmain is a Neo-Romanesque church with a campanile and a floor plan in the shape of a Latin cross. In Bagnolet, it was built between 1927 and 1931 as part of the Chantiers du Cardinal. Since July 2023, it has been listed as notable regional heritage of Île-de-France.
Cin'Hoche opened in 1977 and was one of the first cinemas founded by a municipality. It screens five to six films per week, including one film specifically for young audiences.
Le Sample hosts public concerts, open-mic events, festivals, readings, DJ sets, and other performances. Le Sample is located on the former site of the Publison factories.
Nature
The Jean-Moulin-Les Guilands departmental park covers 26 hectares and offers several views of Paris and Montreuil.
