The Church of Saint Martin dates mainly from the 12th and 13th centuries and stands south of the village of Sapogne-et-Feuchères on a hill. Its floor plan forms a slightly pronounced Latin cross. The complex also includes a three-nave church, a massive bell tower, a false transept and a choir.
The former furniture factory in Sapogne-et-Feuchères is part of the local history. It is visible from the outside but is privately owned. A brick chimney and the inlet channel of the stream are still visible there. The factory began operating at the start of the 20th century, and production ended after the Second World War.
Another specific insight into local craftsmanship is offered by Terres de l'Est, a workshop shop in Sapogne-et-Feuchères specialising in pottery, ceramics, jewellery, Saint-Amand stoneware and porcelain. A 20-minute explanatory video is shown there, followed by a presentation of the pottery techniques used by Eric Pahon. The workshop shop welcomes visitors on Saturdays from 14:30 to 19:00, on Sundays from 14:30 to 18:00, and during the week by appointment.
Events
The patron saint's festival takes place every year on the penultimate weekend in July and attracts between 1,500 and 2,000 people each year. The programme includes a traditional barbecue followed by a dance.
Sapogne-et-Feuchères also hosts a Halloween procession every year on 31 October.

The Voie Verte Sud-Ardennes is a 110-kilometre greenway connected to the Voie Verte Trans-Ardennes. Motor vehicles are prohibited on the Voie Verte Sud-Ardennes, except on sections with shared-use roads and for service, maintenance and emergency vehicles. The route map shows Sapogne-et-Feuchères between Hannogne-Saint-Martin and Saint-Aignan on the marked route.
