The fortified church in Remilly-Aillicourt features major construction phases from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. By decree of 28 April 1938, it was entered in the register of historic monuments.

Culture and history
The Château de Remilly-Aillicourt is a manor house built in the 18th century, whose construction was begun in 1774 by the textile manufacturer Antoine Raulin from Sedan. It has an enclosed forecourt with two quarter-circle side wings. The château also includes a French garden and a two-hectare park. The Château de Remilly-Aillicourt can be visited free of charge throughout the year by prior appointment.
The church in Remilly-Aillicourt contains a statue entitled “Sainte au livre”; on 14 June 1965, it was classified as a protected object. A 17th-century cannon is also recorded in Remilly-Aillicourt. On 6 July 1641, the inhabitants of Reuilly captured it from German and Spanish troops in the decisive Battle of Marphée (Noyers-Chaumont).
Cycle paths and landscape
The 9-kilometre route along the Ennemane from Remilly-Aillicourt runs beneath trees and alongside the stream. The Voie Verte de l’Ennemane is a 6.5-kilometre cycle route starting in Remilly-Aillicourt. Along this route, information boards explain the history of the valley, its industrial activity and the plant species found along the route. It also offers several play and picnic areas, stone benches, a fitness trail and a BMX track.
The Voie Verte de l’Ennemane passes through Remilly-Aillicourt on shared roads guided by green dashed road markings. It begins at the Meuse and the Voie verte Trans-Ardennes, 1 kilometre beyond the bridge of Remilly-Aillicourt, and crosses the Ennemane via a wooden bridge.
From Remilly-Aillicourt, the La Meuse à vélo route joins the Voie verte Trans-Ardennes. Its separate section runs to Givet and the Belgian border and is 130 kilometres long. Via the Véloroute Centre Ardenne, you can reach EuroVelo 5 in the direction of Carignan and Muno in Belgium.
