Culture
The façades and roofs of the Château de Demigny in the Directoire style, as well as the outbuildings with the wine press, the wine press itself, and the park, were classified as historic monuments on 5 June 2002. The château was successively the residence of the Marquis de Foudras and Émile Guimet. Its outbuildings also contain a wooden wheel wine press dating from 1777, which is listed in the register of historic monuments.
The Église Saint-Martial in Demigny is a Gothic church built between 1460 and 1470. The historic village landscape also includes around 400 heraldic boundary stones, two of which are classified as historic monuments. The classified oak of Rondelot is considered a remarkable cultural heritage site in Demigny and a worthwhile destination to visit.
Nature
The forest covers half of Demigny's 2,900-hectare municipal area. The local bodies of water include the Étang de Beauregard, a private pond accessible to anglers.

Wine
In 2017, two hectares of Chardonnay were planted by hand on the 20-hectare Domaine du Château de Demigny estate. Historically, wine production in Demigny used Pinot noir for red wines and Chardonnay and Aligoté for white wines.
