Culture and History
The small Château Vaudrey stands at the northern exit of Spoy. Two square turrets are attached to the residential building. Its wooded park stretches along the road and contains a square dovecote.
The village church of Spoy is a 19th-century neo-Gothic church dedicated to the Virgin Mary. The present church was built on the site of a Romanesque church from the 13th century, which was demolished in the 19th century because it was at risk of collapse. The church contains two listed statues: a Pietà and a statue of Saint Thibault dating from the 15th century.
La Rente de Treige is a farm near a spring. It was built on the site of a Gallo-Roman villa called TREGLAE. In the centre of Spoy, the first of the two châteaux has a hexagonal tower and roofs decorated with coloured tiles.

The City Stade de Spoy at Place du Pâtis provides facilities for football, basketball, handball and other team sports.
The La Spoyenne association organises events for children and adults throughout the year.
