The parish church of Saint-Jean-Baptiste in Fleurey-sur-Ouche is listed as a Monument historique; the present building was probably constructed at the end of the 12th or beginning of the 13th century. Archaeological excavations inside the church uncovered 5th- to 7th-century sarcophagi and a section of wall in 1996. The finds confirmed that the church was built on a Merovingian necropolis probably associated with a religious building.

The church of the Priory of Saint-Marcel is documented in Fleurey-sur-Ouche at Bief 42 on the Saône slope, at 16 and 20 Rue de l’Aule. Its nave and transept were built between the end of the 10th and the beginning of the 11th century; the present flat-ended choir was probably constructed at the beginning of the 13th century. Preserved features include a flat-ended choir, the northern transept arm, a barrel vault, and richly sculpted capitals and corbels with anthropomorphic or vegetal representations. The nave and choir also retain cornices and buttresses on the exterior.

The Pont ancien sur l’Ouche has medieval origins and was rebuilt in 1673. It consists of seven semicircular arch bays with pointed piers.
