Kermabec is Tréguennec’s only beach: the 3 km-long fine-sand beach faces west. The wetland of the Audierne Bay was added to the Ramsar List on 4 September 2021.
Nature
Tréguennec is also home to the Maison de la Baie d'Audierne visitor centre, also known as the Maison des Paluds. It features a reading room, exhibitions and film screenings.
Trails
On the GR34 coastal path, hikers in Tréguennec can discover the coast, its flora and fauna, and the local cultural heritage. Cycle Route 45 runs along the sea beside the Audierne Bay.
Culture
The Chapelle Saint-Vio is the smallest of the chapels in the Bigouden region. A stele stands nearby. The neo-Gothic Chapelle Saint-Alour was built in 1878 on the site of Tréguennec’s former parish church.
The Notre-Dame-de-Pitié church preserves significant fragments of a 16th-century stained-glass window depicting the Passion. Its parish grounds also contain a 16th-century granite calvary.
History
A pebble-crushing complex was built in Tréguennec in 1942.

A shared on-demand bus service is available in Tréguennec by prior reservation. A farmers’ market takes place on Tréguennec’s town hall square on Saturdays in July and August, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
