Culture and history
The Chapelle Saint-Mélar is dedicated to the Breton prince Mélar. The Église Saint-Étienne dates from 1642. The Chapelle Saint-Mélar stands on a tumulus in the hamlet of Mouster, approximately 5 km from the centre of Plouezoc'h.
The Chapelle Saint-Gonven is a square chapel near the hamlet of Lansalut, approximately 5 km from the centre of Plouezoc'h; it is said to have been a bequest from Nicolas Coatanlem around 1518. The Chapelle Saint-Antoine is currently used mainly for exhibitions and concerts.

The GR34 section from Saint-Samson to the Cairn de Barnénez is 6.5 km long and is given as taking 1 hour 15 minutes. From the Cairn de Barnénez towards Morlaix, another section is 13.5 km long; this is given as taking 2 hours 45 minutes.

In the vicinity of Plouezoc'h, the Château du Taureau can be visited by boat from Carantec or Plougasnou and accompanied by a guide.
