In Tréméloir, the Entre Rodo et Camet circular trail runs along the Rodo and Camet rivers, which flow into the Ic. Its surroundings are characterised by vegetation, dragonflies, butterflies and aquatic plants.
Culture and History
Saint-Méloir Church dates from the 19th century. Inside are polychrome wooden statues of Saint Méloir and Saint Fiacrius dating from the 18th century.
The Sainte-Anne des Sept-Fontaines Chapel is a former private chapel from the 19th century, belongs to the Manoir de la Lande and was completely rebuilt at the beginning of the 19th century. The Manoir de la Lande, also known as the Manoir de la Noblesse or Manoir des Sept-Fontaines, dates from the 17th and 18th centuries and was built in 1642 by the Boisgelin family.
The chapel has a rectangular plan and a polygonal-ended chancel. The coats of arms of the Boisgelin family can be seen inside. The Manoir de la Lande, also known as the Manoir des Sept-Fontaines, also includes a 17th-century fountain.
Remains of a Roman road, locally known as the Grand Chemin, have been preserved in Tréméloir. The Sept-Fontaines watermill is part of Tréméloir’s historic heritage. The village centre of Tréméloir is thought to date back to the 9th century, when Saint Méloir founded the first chapel.

Circular Trails and Trail Events
The Entre Rodo et Camet – variante du Camet circular trail is 7.2 kilometres long, easy and laid out as a loop. The different trail lengths help with personal planning and comparison with the other trail events in the area. The 7.2-kilometre loop is contrasted with three longer distances: 9, 14 and 23 kilometres. Trail format, length and date are therefore important details when categorising the offerings; the circular trail is classified as easy, while the Trail du Rodo, as an announced event, comprises three distances.
The Trail du Rodo is scheduled for 19 September 2026 from 09:00 to 18:00 in Tréméloir. It offers three routes of 9, 14 and 23 kilometres. The paths and single-track trails of the Trail du Rodo are considered 95% natural.
Surroundings and Other Landscapes
The Artothèque de Saint-Brieuc, a closed museum, is located near Tréméloir. The Plage des Rosaires, a beach, is also nearby. The Hôtel de Rohan, a historic site, is located in the same area. The remains of the Chapelle Saint-Gilles are another attraction.
In the wider region around Tréméloir is the Château de Boisgelin, a château. The Île Mez de Goëlo and the Île Lemenez, as well as Le Taurel, are also located there; all three are islands.
