Culture and History
The Church of Saint-Vincent-de-Xaintes has a Romanesque portal. Its original construction, with the semicircular apse, the timber-roofed nave, the bell gable and the west portal, is believed to date back to the 11th and 12th centuries. The Château de Belhade was built in the 13th century.
The Fontaine Sainte-Anne is located about 100 metres behind the Church of Saint-Vincent-de-Xaintes. It is a destination on the circular trail in Belhade and was once well known to the women of the Val de Leyre.
