Durrenentzen: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Durrenentzen is characterised by the Église Saint-Blaise and its still-existing simultaneum, which was introduced in 1687 in favour of a Catholic minority. The present-day Église Saint-Blaise preserves the base of a 12th-century tower. A new Église Saint-Blaise building was constructed in 1847/48. The Saint-Blaise organ in Durrenentzen was built by Gebrüder Link in 1900.

History

François d’Humières attacked the village of Durrenentzen at the head of his unit. He served as a second lieutenant in the 3rd Bataillon de Choc during the Battle of Alsace and died in Durrenentzen on 31 January 1945.
