The source of the Doller is located in Fennematt at an altitude of 922 metres and can be visited after the farm. It feeds the Doller; the river supplies water to more than 50 municipalities in Haut-Rhin, including Mulhouse.

Culture and History

The Exaltation-de-la-Sainte-Croix parish church in Dolleren was built in the neo-Gothic style from 1877 onwards. The church houses a 16th-century statue of Saint Sebastian.

The Sentier de découverte du Graber offers insights into Dolleren’s former rural way of life and its vibrant agricultural heritage shaped by mountain life. The Château du Friedberg castle, the Château de Rougemont ruins, the Château de Stoerenbourg ruins and the Château d'Engelbourg ruins are located in the vicinity of Dolleren.
