The cemetery chapel stands on the site of Meistratzheim’s first Romanesque church, which was built shortly after the year 1000. The cemetery chapel is classified as a historic monument; its old choir and bell tower from the 11th and 12th centuries are therefore protected.
The parish church of Saint-André, a Neo-Gothic building, is located on Rue Principale. The foundation stone was laid in 1913, and the church was consecrated in 1922. Inside, there is an organ by Martin Rinckenbach and a clock mechanism by Schwilgué.

On Route Ob6, the 12th-century Chapelle St-André in Meistratzheim is listed as a sight. Other attractions along this route include meadows, cultivated areas and woodland.
Below Meistratzheim, the Ehn flows along the Bruch de l’Andlau. The area was formerly marshy and is potentially at risk of flooding.

In 2025, the Fête de la choucroute et du folklore in Meistratzheim celebrated its 45th edition.
At La Maison de La Choucroute – LE PIC, the guided tour includes a specially created route offering a direct view of the workshops where Alsatian sauerkraut with IGP designation is produced. The tour also includes a video about the cultivation and harvesting of cabbage. It concludes with a tasting of some of the house’s main products.
