Ittenheim is home to the Saint-Gall Church. The present-day church preserves two levels of its Gothic tower dating from the 13th or 14th century. The chancel features a ribbed cross vault with a carved Paschal Lamb on the keystone.
The organ in Saint-Gall Church was built in 1703 by André and Gottfried Silbermann. In 1793, it was transferred to Ittenheim, probably by Nicolas Toussaint. The richly decorated organ case was classified as a historic monument in 1977.
