La Fabrique à Bretzels in Gundershoffen is an interactive visitor experience covering 500 m², dedicated to the Alsatian art of pretzel making. Visitors can watch Boehli pretzels being made, from preparing the dough to packaging; the visit includes a tasting at the Bretzel’Bar.

Nature
Gundershoffen is located in hilly countryside in the Northern Vosges massif, between the Falkensteinerbach and the Lauterbach. Walks on the heights and hills around Gundershoffen offer views of the Vosges.
A hiking trail leads successively through Gundershoffen, Froeschwiller and Reichshoffen. In addition, a circular hiking trail through the varied landscapes of the Alsace Verte area connects Froeschwiller, Reichshoffen and Gundershoffen.
Culture and History
The Jewish cemetery of Gundershoffen was established in 1815. The older section, dating from 1815 to 1932, contains 739 graves and 294 vacant burial plots; the new section has been in use since 1924.
The Catholic Church of Saint-Jacques-le-Majeur in Gundershoffen was built in 1908 after the shared use of what is now the Protestant church was discontinued. Saint-Jacques-le-Majeur is a Neo-Romanesque church with a nave consisting of five bays and a semicircular apse.
Places and Activities
La Mironde is an eco-venue in an old mill in Gundershoffen. Activities focusing on culture, art and the environment take place there. Since 2025, La Mironde’s cultural programme has included theatre, concerts and excursions for nature observation.
The La Breitmatt pond is a fishing spot.
The La Breitmatt family and tourism area has sports equipment, football and basketball courts, shaded picnic tables, and a children’s playground with a slide, climbing nets, a climbing spider and swings.
