Nearby Kelstrup Skovbegravelsesplads is about 500 metres from the beach. Guided tours are offered on an ongoing basis; access is subject to arrangements made by the operator. The site is reached via a well-maintained forest path. This clearly distinguishes it from a freely accessible visitor attraction: visits are subject to the operator’s rules.

Næs Hallen in Kelstrup is also part of the local scene: sports clubs, cultural associations and social events take place there. Badminton, floorball and handball clubs are also represented.
