Holstebro between Art, History and Water

It opened in 1967 in a patrician villa dating from 1904. Vandkraftsøen in Holstebro is a reservoir through which the Storå flows. Holstebro Roklub and Kajakklubben Pagaj are located on its shore. You can book a boat trip by renting equipment or buying a guest permit for your own boat. This allows you to shape your time by the water in different ways, depending on your personal plans.

The green destinations also offer their own ways to visit. Vestjyllands Parkarboret is open to visitors all seven days of the week, from sunrise to sunset, and contains more than 400 different species of trees and shrubs from Denmark and abroad.
