History and Culture
Loděnice railway station was built in 1897 together with the railway line between Dušníky, now a district of Rudná, and Beroun. Visitors interested in local history can take guided walks in Loděnice along two routes. The longer of the guided historical routes lasts 120 minutes and includes stories about the history of Vinice Chateau.
The former summer residence of the owner was converted into the Orthodox monastery of sv. Václava a svaté Ludmily that exists today.

The Špičatý vrch–Barrandovy jámy natural monument was designated in 1970 and covers 2.8 hectares. It is the wooded southwestern part of Špičatý vrch hill (414 m) in the Karlštejnská vrchovina, also known as Na Černidlech. It lies 1 km south of Loděnice railway station, at a bend in the Loděnice–Bubovice road, in the cadastral area of Loděnice u Berouna.
Syslí jámy is a 4.7-hectare meadow where European ground squirrels occur, located 1¼ km southeast of Loděnice. The aim of the conservation measures at Syslí jámy is to preserve the European ground squirrel and support its spread into the surrounding biotopes.
