Crno combines local history with sacred buildings and events. The village of Crno has been mentioned since the 13th or 14th century, while the Crno parish has appeared in historical sources since the 15th century.

Culture and History
In the centre of Crno stands the medieval cemetery church of St Nicholas, the parish church of Crno; it was consecrated in 1715. Crno is also home to the Orthodox Church of St Peter the Apostle, which stands on the southeastern edge of the village in the hamlet of Pucari.
The Church of St Nicholas in Crno is considered an individual sacred cultural asset. The archaeological remains of a church at the Musapstan site are considered a terrestrial archaeological zone or archaeological site.

An educational trail and recreational facilities such as a children's playground and a fitness area were established in Musapstan with EU funding. Pine trees predominate in the Musapstan forest, where they were deliberately planted by Italians.
