Sedramić is considered a place on the southern side of Mount Moseć. Culture and History

The bell tower of the Church of the Holy Trinity in Sedramić was built in 1968. The church is included in the spatial plan of the City of Drniš with status R. Next to the church stands a stone hut known locally as štala. It was used to tie up the friar’s horse when he came to celebrate Mass.

The history of the Kamenolom Sedramić quarry can be traced back to the time of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. Three stone varieties are named in the quarry: Beige Dalmacija, Amber Dalmacija and Roze Dalmacija. Stone from Kamenolom Sedramić is considered suitable for architectural stonework, stone blocks and building materials. Sedramić already existed under its present name in the 15th century.

Traditions

The Feast of the Holy Trinity traditionally brings the residents of Sedramić together, regardless of where they live. Historically, people attended the celebration by train, horse-drawn carriage and on foot from nearby settlements. The celebration is associated with the first Sunday after Pentecost and takes place before Corpus Christi.
