The Baroque parish church of Donja Višnjica was built between 1640 and 1666 and expanded with the chapels of Saint Joseph and Saint Valentine, giving it a cruciform layout. The paintings in the chancel, dating from 1756 to 1768, are attributed to the workshop of the Slovenian painter A. J. Lerchinger.
