Getting Around

The five-kilometre-long Fisherman’s Trail begins in Klenovica and leads to Smokvica. Cycling Trail 301 reaches Klenovica from Novi Vinodolski and then begins a ten-kilometre climb to Luka Krmpotska. MTB Trail 309 includes a seven-kilometre climb from Klenovica to Drinak.

Culture

The Fishermen’s House Klenovica Interpretation Centre stands on the waterfront in the centre of the town and was formerly used by members of the first fishing cooperative, Udarnik. The permanent exhibition includes artefacts and models collected by local fishing families. Multimedia presentations at the Fishermen’s House Klenovica show the history of fishing in Klenovica.

The Church of Saint Margaret stands in Klenovica on a hill directly below the Adriatic coastal road. It was built in 2003 and is named after Saint Margaret, the patron saint of Klenovica.
