Peračko Blato combines a landscape steeped in history with trails through the surroundings of the Baćina Lakes. The prehistoric burial mounds associated with Peračko Blato include Gomila 1 near Resna kosa, Gomila 2–8 near Gradac, Gomila 9–10 near Zavala, and Gomila 23.

Culture and History
In the nearby surroundings, a road branches off from Sladinac towards the cemetery in Peračko Blato in the direction of Perka and reaches the cultural heritage site. Perka is associated with the Vladimirović princes and features the remains of an old town with a cross carved into it.
A tunnel opened between the lake and the sea in 1938 drained the area where Peračko Blato now stands.
Nature and Trails
The Baćina Lakes area offers outdoor activities including hiking and cycling, photo safaris on traditional boats, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, and birdwatching. Local fig products are also available in Peračko Blato.
A 15-kilometre cycling route connects five of the seven Baćina Lakes with Baćina and Peračko Blato. Benches and water sources are located along the cycle path connecting Peračko Blato with the Baćina Lakes area.
Vidikovac 180 is located on the first section of the trail and overlooks the Baćina Lakes. Vidikovac 360 is situated on a hill and offers panoramic views of the sea, Pelješac, the surrounding hills, and the Vrgorac Field.
The Poučno-rekreativna staza Peračko Blato is 2,730 metres long and has an elevation difference of 280 metres. Vidikovac 360 can be reached via a narrow, barely discernible goat path.
Part of the Poučno-rekreativna staza Peračko Blato is designated for protection within a planned nature park.
