The Sokolski dom (Sokolana) in Zlatar is a protected cultural heritage site built in the Art Nouveau style in 1910.

Routes

Ivanščica is considered the highest mountain in Krapina-Zagorje County. Its peaks are home to the ruins of Oštrc and Belecgrad; there are also opportunities for recreation.

The Laterna Magica route begins in the immediate centre of Zlatar and is 31.30 kilometres long.
