Traditional homestead No. 21 is protected as an individual residential and agricultural heritage building. The elongated, rectangular, two-storey house has walls made of oak planks, a wooden gallery on the upper floor and a three-part internal layout. It is considered to have been built in 1871.

History
In 1225, the fortified town of Perna received the privilege of a free royal town from King Béla IV. The fortress of Perna stood on Gradina, a strategically important hill overlooking the surrounding area.
