The house at Gornji Lađevac 11 is considered an enclosed farmstead. At the end of Gornji Lađevac there is a single-storey wooden house; at the beginning of the village there is a house on elevated ground.

The Mile Vuković Kovač house at Gornji Lađevac 11 dates from 1938 and survived both the Second World War and the Croatian War of Independence without major damage. It also served as a location for video and television recordings produced by KUD Lađevčani.

Gornji Lađevac is considered a place with eight wooden buildings, including a preserved group of wooden houses at the upper end of the village. The traditional house at Gornji Lađevac 21 is considered interesting and relatively well preserved externally.

The present-day Church of Saint George the Martyr was built nearby in 1840. There was an older Church of Saint George in Lađevac after 1700. Also in the vicinity, Zbor u Lađevcu is associated with a Saint Vitus celebration that includes a mass, a public gathering, and performances by cultural associations.

Nearby, Kruškovača lies on the Korana River and is associated with rafting, kayaking, and canoeing. In the wider regional area, a circular cycling route runs from Slunj through the broader area around Lađevac and reaches Lađevac after Lađevačko Selište.
