Culture

Belovitsa has an Orthodox church called Holy Trinity. It is listed among the cultural monuments of Belovitsa and is one of the protected cultural sites of Hisarya Municipality. The church was decorated with murals by Georgi Danchov-Zografina. It is located outside the built-up area of the village, in the direction of Krasnovo.

The local cultural landscape also includes the Chitalishte Lyuben Karavelov 1910 cultural institution.

Nature

The area of Belovitsa includes land within the Natura 2000 protected area BG0000444, River Pyasachnik. The protected area in which this land is located is intended to preserve natural habitats, species and their populations. The River Pyasachnik Natura 2000 zone covers 14,127.484 decares.

Getting Around

Route III-606 passes through Belovitsa along the Krasтеvich–Karsinovo–Belovitsa–Lyuben corridor.
